Vietnamese Hot Sauce
- 10-15 red Thai chilies, chopped finely
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbs fresh lime juice
- 4 tsp kosher salt
- 4 tbs sugar
This is a super hot, hot sauce that is wonderful for dipping or spreading over cooked meats and vegetables.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- The acid in the vinegar and lime juice will dissolve the salt and sugar.
- Use sparingly.
