Thick Sliced Barbecued Bologna Sandwiches
Ingredients
4 (1/2) inch slices of bologna | ||
4 sesame seed hamburger rolls | ||
1 cup coleslaw | ||
4 slices Swiss cheese | ||
barbecue sauce | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
- Fry the bologna in a saute pan or cook over hot charcoal for 3 minutes per side.
- Add the bologna slices to the bottom of the hamburger rolls and top with barbecue sauce, Swiss cheese and coleslaw.
