Thick Sliced Barbecued Bologna Sandwiches


  • 4 (1/2) inch slices of bologna
  • 4 sesame seed hamburger rolls
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • barbecue sauce
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fry the bologna in a saute pan or cook over hot charcoal for 3 minutes per side.
  • Add the bologna slices to the bottom of the hamburger  rolls and top with barbecue sauce, Swiss cheese and coleslaw.
