Roasted Indian Chickkpeas


  • 3 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • kosher salt to taste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • olive oil
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. You may have to use two cookie sheets.
  • Roast the chickpeas for about 35 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  • Serve at once.
