Salmon Cream Cheese with Capers
|8 ozs cream cheese, room temperature|
|1/2 cup smoked salmon, chopped|
|2 tbs capers, drained|
|2 tbs fresh dill or parsley, chopped|
|2 tsp lemon juice|
|kosher salt and black pepper to taste|
|baguette slices for serving|
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until combined.
- Serve with crusty bread and or crackers.
