Salmon Cream Cheese with Capers
- 8 ozs cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup smoked salmon, chopped
- 2 tbs capers, drained
- 2 tbs fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- baguette slices for serving
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pulse until combined.
- Serve with crusty bread and or crackers.
