Salmon Cream Cheese with Capers


  • 8 ozs cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tbs capers, drained
  • 2 tbs fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • baguette slices for serving
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Pulse until combined.
  • Serve with crusty bread and or crackers.
