Herbs De Province

Ingredients

3 tbs marjoram
3 tbs thyme
3 tbs savory
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp ground fennel seeds
1 tsp lavender
This is a spice mixture that is commonly used in the Province region of France. It is versatile  and can be used for meats, vegetables, soups or stews.

  • Add herbs to a small jar with a cover and mix well.
  • Use as desired with meats, vegetables, soups or stews.
  • Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
