Salt Free Seasoning
- 1/4 cup onion powder or crushed dried minced onion
- 4 tbs crushed dried vegetable flakes
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs crushed dried orange peel
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried savory
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
This is a version of the popular Ms. Dash salt free seasoning. It can provide lively flavor to any dish without using any salt.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the mixture to a covered jar. Will keep for up to six months.
- Use as a all purpose seasoning for meat, vegetable dishes, soups and stews.
