Salt Free Seasoning

Ingredients

1/4 cup onion powder or crushed dried minced onion
4 tbs crushed dried vegetable flakes
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs crushed dried orange peel
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried savory
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
This is a version of the popular Ms. Dash salt free seasoning. It can provide lively flavor to any dish without using any salt.

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the mixture to a covered jar. Will keep for up to six months.
  • Use as a all purpose seasoning for meat, vegetable dishes, soups and stews.
