Salt Free Seasoning
|1/4 cup onion powder or crushed dried minced onion|
|4 tbs crushed dried vegetable flakes|
|1 tbs garlic powder|
|1 tbs crushed dried orange peel|
|2 tsp black pepper|
|1 tsp dried parsley|
|1/2 tsp dried basil|
|1/2 tsp dried marjoram|
|1/2 tsp dried oregano|
|1/2 tsp dried savory|
|1/2 tsp dried thyme|
|1/2 tsp cumin|
|1/2 tsp coriander|
|1/2 tsp dried mustard|
|1/2 tsp lemon pepper|
|1/2 tsp crushed rosemary|
This is a version of the popular Ms. Dash salt free seasoning. It can provide lively flavor to any dish without using any salt.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the mixture to a covered jar. Will keep for up to six months.
- Use as a all purpose seasoning for meat, vegetable dishes, soups and stews.
