Salt Free Seasoning


  • 1/4 cup onion powder or crushed dried minced onion
  • 4 tbs crushed dried vegetable flakes
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs crushed dried orange peel
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried savory
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
This is a version of the popular Ms. Dash salt free seasoning. It can provide lively flavor to any dish without using any salt.

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the mixture to a covered jar. Will keep for up to six months.
  • Use as a all purpose seasoning for meat, vegetable dishes, soups and stews.
