Salt Free Seasoning
Ingredients
1/4 cup onion powder or crushed dried minced onion | ||
4 tbs crushed dried vegetable flakes | ||
1 tbs garlic powder | ||
1 tbs crushed dried orange peel | ||
2 tsp black pepper | ||
1 tsp dried parsley | ||
1/2 tsp dried basil | ||
1/2 tsp dried marjoram | ||
1/2 tsp dried oregano | ||
1/2 tsp dried savory | ||
1/2 tsp dried thyme | ||
1/2 tsp cumin | ||
1/2 tsp coriander | ||
1/2 tsp dried mustard | ||
1/2 tsp lemon pepper | ||
1/2 tsp crushed rosemary |
This is a version of the popular Ms. Dash salt free seasoning. It can provide lively flavor to any dish without using any salt.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Add the mixture to a covered jar. Will keep for up to six months.
- Use as a all purpose seasoning for meat, vegetable dishes, soups and stews.
