Creamy White Salsa
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup sour cream | ||
| 1/2 cup plain Green yogurt | ||
| 1/2 cup plain Green yogurt | ||
| Juice and zest of 1 lime | ||
| 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced | ||
| 2 tbs fresh cilantro leaves, chopped | ||
| pinch ground cumin | ||
| kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
This is a creamy white salsa that uses Greek yogurt, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, Jalapenos, fresh cilantro and cumin. It is great to use as a dip or cold meat sauce.
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix well.
- Store in a container with a tight lid until ready to serve.
