Tropical Citrus Salad Dressing
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup canned pineapple juice | ||
| 2 tbs lemon juice | ||
| 1 tsp garlic salt | ||
| 1/2 tsp sugar | ||
| 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning | ||
| 1/2 tsp paprika | ||
| 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
This is a citrusy salad dressing with lemon, pineapple juice sugar and spices.
- Whisk together pineapple juice, lemon juice, garlic salt, lemon pepper, sugar and paprika.
- Slowly add the oil, while whisking continuously, until well blended.
