Charcoal Grilled Corn

  • 12 ears of unpeeled corn
  • Hot charcoal
  • Melted butter
  • kosher and fresh cracked black pepper
This is an easy tip for charcoal grilling corn.

  • Add the corn to a hot charcoal grill and cover.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, then turn the corn and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • The leaves and silk will peel easily away and the corn will be perfectly tender.
  • Drizzle with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
