Mexican Avocado Sauce

  • 3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 4 tbs vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large jalapeno pepper, chopped
In Mexico guacamole is more like a sauce and has a smooth consistency.

  • Add the avocados to the bowl of a food processor along with the other ingredients.
  • Process until smooth.
  • The sauce should be almost liquid.
  • If it is not smooth enough add more lime juice and oil.
