Butter Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 stick of butter | ||
| 1/2 cup onion, chopped | ||
| 1/2 cup ketchup | ||
| 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed | ||
| 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 2 tsp chili powder | ||
| 2 tsp kosher salt | ||
| 1 tsp black pepper | ||
| dash Tabasco sauce |
- Melt butter in a sauce pan.
- Add onion and saute until tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for five minutes.
