Tangy Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tbs white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbs fresh chives
  • Combine buttermilk, cottage cheese, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and chives in a blender or food processor. 
  • Process until smooth.
  • Chill and store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
