Chesapeake Bay Popcorn
Ingredients
1/4 cup peanut or safflower oil | ||
1/2 cup popcorn kernels | ||
3 tsp old bay seasonin |
Directions:
- Heat oil and a few popcorn kernels in a large, heavy bottom pot over high heat.
- When kernels pop add remaining kernels and cover.
- Cook, shaking pot frequently until popping stops, about 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl and toss with old bay and serve
