- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
This is a very simple recipe if you follow 1 simple rule. That is to keep the bowl very cold. This will allow you to form peaks easily. This recipe may be doubled or tripled.
- Place the bowl that you will be using to make the whipped cream in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Add all ingredients to the cold bowl and using an electric mixer or a wire whisk to vigorously beat the cream mixture until soft peaks form.
