Anchovy Butter

Ingredients

1 (2 oz) can of anchovies, drained and minced
4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 sticks unsalted butter

Anchovy butter is very versatile . It is a great flavor booster and can be used to saute seafood or chicken.

 

  • Mix all ingredients and combine well.
  • Add the mixture to wax paper or plastic wrap and roll into a  tight cylinder, tie the ends off  and freeze.
  • When ready to use you may cut the amount needed from the roll.
