- 1 (2 oz) can of anchovies, drained and minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
Anchovy butter is very versatile . It is a great flavor booster and can be used to saute seafood or chicken.
- Mix all ingredients and combine well.
- Add the mixture to wax paper or plastic wrap and roll into a tight cylinder, tie the ends off and freeze.
- When ready to use you may cut the amount needed from the roll.
