Anchovy Butter Sauce
|1 stick unsalted butter|
|1 tbs anchovies, chopped|
|1 tbs lemon juice|
|1 tbs chopped parsley|
This sauce is quite delicious served over fish, artichokes or asparagus.
- Melt butter slowly in a small sauce pan until amber.
- Stir in the anchovies and lemon juice.
- Add the parsley when ready to serve.
