Asian Salsa
Ingredients
1 cup diced unpeeled cucumber | ||
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced | ||
1/2 cup scallions, sliced on a bias | ||
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped | ||
2 tbs soy sauce | ||
1 tbs rice vinegar | ||
2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1/2 tsp sesame oil | ||
1 tsp red pepper flakes |
- Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with crispy tortilla or wonton chips
