Asian Shrimp Appetizer
Ingredients
1/2 cup salad oil | ||
1/2 cup soy sauce | ||
1/2 cup dry sherry | ||
4 garlic cloves, crushed | ||
3 tbs fresh ginger | ||
1 lb shrimp |
- Make a marinade, mixing the oil, soy sauce, sherry, garlic and ginger.
- Peel and devein the shrimp and add to the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, turning occasionally.
- Cook the shrimp over hot coals or broil in the oven of about 3 minutes per side.
