Asian Tuna Steaks


  • 6 tuna steaks ( 2 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tbs dry sherry
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs fresh ginger, grated
  • Kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste


  • Mix butter, sherry, soy sauce and ginger.
  • Brush the fish with half of the butter mixture,
  • Broil the fish for about 7-9, then turn over and brush with the
    remaining butter mixture and broil for another 5-8 minutes or
    until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
