Balsamic Vinaigrette


  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2-3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh basil
  • 3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic, salt, vinegar and mustard.
  • Gradually whisk in the olive oil.
  • Stir in the parsley, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
