|1 clove garlic, crushed|
|kosher salt and black pepper to taste|
|1/2 tsp Dijon mustard|
|1/2-3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil|
|2 tbs chopped fresh parsley|
|2 tbs chopped fresh basil|
|3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar|
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, salt, vinegar and mustard.
- Gradually whisk in the olive oil.
- Stir in the parsley, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
