Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients
1 clove garlic, crushed | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste | ||
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard | ||
1/2-3/4 cups extra virgin olive oil | ||
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley | ||
2 tbs chopped fresh basil | ||
3 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar |
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, salt, vinegar and mustard.
- Gradually whisk in the olive oil.
- Stir in the parsley, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
