Banana Mango Salsa
- 1 large banana, cut into pieces
- 1 large mango, cut into small pieces
- 1 honeydew mellon cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup red onion, minced
- 1 ripe tomato cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- juice from 2 limes
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds
- kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
