Banana Mango Salsa
|1 large banana, cut into pieces|
|1 large mango, cut into small pieces|
|1 honeydew mellon cut into small pieces|
|1/2 cup red onion, minced|
|1 ripe tomato cut into small pieces|
|1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped|
|juice from 2 limes|
|1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds|
|kosher salt and black pepper to taste|
- Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
