Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
|1/2 cup mayonnaise|
|1/2 cup sour cream|
|Juice of 1/2 lemon|
|1 cup blue cheese crumbles|
|Dash of kosher salt|
- Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and half of the blue cheese in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Add the mixture to a covered container and add the remaining blue cheese and gently mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry.
