|1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk|
|2/3 cup light corn syrup|
|1/2 cup sugar|
|1/3 cup brown sugar, packed|
|1/4 cup butter|
|1/4 cup whipping cream|
|1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract|
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 220 degrees. 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in butter, whipping cream and vanilla.
- Serve over ice cream.
- Can be stored up to 2 weeks.
