Caribbean Curried Herb Dip
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise | ||
1/4 cup plain yogurt | ||
1/4 cup sour cream | ||
1 1/2 tsp cider vinegar | ||
2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
1 tbs minced scallion, white and green parts | ||
1 tbs fresh cilantro, chopped | ||
1/2 tsp dried oregano | ||
1/2 tsp dried thyme | ||
3 tsp curry powder | ||
1 tsp cumin | ||
2 tsp kosher salt | ||
2 tsp black pepper | ||
1 tsp smoked paprika | ||
1 tbs minced fresh parsley |
- Add all ingredients to bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add mixture to a covered bowl and refrigerate for 2-4 hours before serving.
- Serve with assorted crackers and or crusty bread.
