|1 1/2 oz lime juice|
|1 tsp powdered sugar|
|3-4 mint leaves|
|2 oz light rum|
|lime wedges from serving|
- Combine sugar and lime juice in a highball glass.
- Add the mint leaves and crush against sides of the glass and muddle releasing the oils.
- Add crushed ice and rum, stir then float club soda to top to the glass, gently stir.
