- 1 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 2 oz light rum
- crushed ice
- Club soda
- Combine sugar and lime juice in a highball glass.
- Add the mint leaves and crush against sides of the glass and muddle releasing the oils.
- Add crushed ice and rum, stir then float club soda to top to the glass, gently stir.
