Creamy Lemon Pie

Ingredients
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust | ||
3 egg yolks | ||
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated) | ||
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice | ||
yellow food coloring | ||
2 cups whipped cream |
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks with the condensed milk, food coloring and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie shell.
- Bake for 30 minutes, cool, chill, then spread with whipped cream.
