Creamy Lemon Pie
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- yellow food coloring
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks with the condensed milk, food coloring and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into the gram cracker pie shell.
- Bake for 30 minutes, cool, chill, then spread with whipped cream.
