Creamy Lemon Pie


  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • yellow food coloring
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks with the condensed milk, food coloring and lemon juice.
  • Pour the mixture into the gram cracker pie shell.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, cool, chill, then spread with whipped cream.
