Creamy Lemon Pie
|1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust|
|3 egg yolks|
|1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)|
|1/2 cup fresh lemon juice|
|yellow food coloring|
|2 cups whipped cream|
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks with the condensed milk, food coloring and lemon juice.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie shell.
- Bake for 30 minutes, cool, chill, then spread with whipped cream.
