Frying Dredge
Ingredients
1 cup yellow cornmeal | ||
1 cup flour | ||
1 tbs onion powder | ||
1 tbs granulated garlic | ||
1/2 tbs cayenne pepper | ||
1/2 tbs adobo | ||
1 tbs paprika | ||
1 tbs thyme leaves | ||
1/2 tbs kosher salt | ||
1/2 tbs black pepper |
This is a wonderful dredge that works well for frying, chicken or seafood.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine.
- Dredge desired meat or seafood in dredge to cover completely.
- Knock off excess and fry as directed.
