- 1 tbs unsalted butter
- 1/2 lb baby carrots
- 3 tsp fresh ginger,minced
- 2 tp fresh cilantro,chopped
- koser salt and black pepper to taste
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add carrots and ginger.
- Cover and cook on medium low for 5- 7 minutes or until carrot are soft.
- Sprinkle cilantro over carrots when done.
