Ginger Carrots


  • 1 tbs unsalted butter
  • 1/2 lb baby carrots
  • 3 tsp fresh ginger,minced
  • 2 tp fresh cilantro,chopped
  • koser salt and black pepper to taste
  • Melt butter in a large skillet.
  • Add carrots and ginger.
  • Cover and cook on medium low for 5- 7 minutes or until carrot are soft.
  • Sprinkle cilantro over carrots when done.
