|1 tbs unsalted butter|
|1/2 lb baby carrots|
|3 tsp fresh ginger,minced|
|2 tp fresh cilantro,chopped|
|koser salt and black pepper to taste|
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add carrots and ginger.
- Cover and cook on medium low for 5- 7 minutes or until carrot are soft.
- Sprinkle cilantro over carrots when done.
