Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs unsalted butter, melted


  • In a bowl, combine the crumbs and sugar, then add the butter. Mix well.
  • Spread the crumb mixture in the bottom of an (8) inch spring form pan and pat firmly and evenly.
  • Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
