Grilled Pepper Crusted Strip Steaks
- 4 top loin strip steaks
- For the rub
- 1 tbs lemon pepper
- 1 tbs kosher salt
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 1 tbs chipolte chili powder
- Combine the rub ingredients and press evenly onto the steaks.
- Place steaks on the grill over medium heat.
- Grill, uncovered , turning occasionally until meat reaches desired doneness.
- Let steaks rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Reserve any extra rub for a later use.
