Ham and Cheese Biscuits


  • 2 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, sour cream, cheese and ham.
  • Stir together to form a soft dough.
  • Turn dough out onto lightly floured work surface and pat int a 3/4 inch thick layer.
  • Cut out biscuits with cutter and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
