- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, water and oil in a bowl and mix well to form a smooth cohesive dough.d
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 16 balls and roll each into a 4 inch circle.
- Heat a large ungreased heavy skillet over low heat and cook the tortillas, 2-3 at a time for 2 minutes, turning half way through.
