Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs shallots, minced
  • 1 tbs fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • heavy cream as needed
  • kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • In a medium mixing bowl whisk together all sauce ingredients.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Add a little heavy cream if needed.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
