Horseradish Cream Sauce
Ingredients
1 cup sour cream | ||
1/3 cup prepared horseradish | ||
2 tsp Dijon mustard | ||
1 tbs shallots, minced | ||
1 tbs fresh chives, minced | ||
1 tsp lemon juice | ||
heavy cream as needed | ||
kosher salt and black pepper to taste |
- In a medium mixing bowl whisk together all sauce ingredients.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Add a little heavy cream if needed.
- Chill until ready to serve.
