  • I love the idea of this recipe but it was MUCH TOO SALTY for us as written! This may be a result of us decreasing our salt intake so this is no criticism of the original recipe. We added pineapple slices to the final burgers because we had no mango (wasn’t in season) and they were DELICIOUS. We plan to make large batches of this blend to keep on hand, and will simply reduce the amount of salt required. We’re thinking that it’ll also work well on chicken and fish. Other recipes call for a host of ingredients that, in our opinion, are unnecessary. Thanks for sharing this easy, delicious recipe with us!!!
