Japanese Teriyaki Sake Marinade
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce | ||
1/4 cup sake | ||
2 small pieces fresh ginger, sliced | ||
2 scallions, chopped | ||
1 tbs sugar | ||
1 tbs brown sugar | ||
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
This is a great Asian marinade for chicken, beef or pork.
- Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
- Add the meat of your choice to a glass baking dish, cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours, then grill over hot charcoal.
- Recipe may be doubled.
