  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp baking powder

The mayonnaise will not change the flavor of the cake. It turns out smooth and delightfully creamy.

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl of an electric mixer and mix until well combined and smooth.
  • Pour in a loaf pan and place in a cold oven.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
