Orange Butter
Ingredients
| 1 stick unsalted butter | ||
| 1/4 cup confectioners sugar | ||
| 2 tbs frozen concentrated orange juice |
This sauce is perfect served over pancakes or waffles or muffins/scones. The possibilities are endless.
- In a small bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in the orange juice.
