Pina Colada


  • 1/2 cup diced frozen pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • Pineapple slices for garnish
  • cherries for garnish

The Pina Colada was invented in Puerto Rico. This is the classic recipe.


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
  • Serve in attractive glasses garnished with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
  • Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
