Pina Colada
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup diced frozen pineapple | ||
| 1 1/2 cups ice | ||
| 2 oz pineapple juice | ||
| 2 oz coconut cream | ||
| 1 1/2 oz white rum | ||
| 1 oz dark rum | ||
| Pineapple slices for garnish | ||
| cherries for garnish |
The Pina Colada was invented in Puerto Rico. This is the classic recipe.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
- Serve in attractive glasses garnished with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
