- 1/2 cup diced frozen pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 1/2 oz white rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- Pineapple slices for garnish
- cherries for garnish

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
- Serve in attractive glasses garnished with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
- Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
