Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 2 (4.5 oz) green chilies, chopped, undrained
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tomato, chopped for garnish
- 1 small bunch scallions, thinly sliced for garnish
- Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with scallions and chopped tomatoes.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
