|3 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers|
|2 cups powdered sugar, plus extra for dusting|

|1/2 cup dark rum|
|1/4 cup corn syrup|
- Mix the crushed wafers, powdered sugar, pecans and cocoa.
- Stir in the rum and corn syrup.
- Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls.
- Roll in powdered sugar, cover tightly and refrigerate for several days before serving.
