Spicy Peach Salsa


  • 2 large ripe peaches
  • 4 tbs peach preserves
  • 2 tbs red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • dash of kosher salt
  • Peel, seed and chop peaches.
  • Add chopped peaches to a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
  • Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  • Recipe may be multiplied.
