Spicy Peach Salsa
Ingredients
| 2 large ripe peaches | ||
| 4 tbs peach preserves | ||
| 2 tbs red onion, finely chopped | ||
| 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped with seeds | ||
| juice of 1/2 lime | ||
| dash of kosher salt |
- Peel, seed and chop peaches.
- Add chopped peaches to a bowl and add all the other ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
- Recipe may be multiplied.
