Spicy Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 tbs lemon juice
  • 4 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbs horseradish
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cocktail sauce
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, minced
  • 4 tbs brown mustard
  • Mix all ingredients together and whisk until completely combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before using.
