Spicy Sweet Lamb Chops
|12 lamb chops, about 4 ounces each|
|2 tbs dark brown sugar|
|2 tsp crushed red pepper|
|1/2 tsp ground cumin|
|1 tsp garlic powder|
|1 tsp kosher salt|
|1 tsp black pepper|
|3 tsp fresh rosemary,chopped|
- Place the chops on a flat surface, then combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- Press the rub into each chop, covering as much of each chop as possible on each side.
- Grill for 5-8 minutes over medium-hot coals, turning once.
- Alternatively you may cook in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, turning once.
