Super Blast Fruit Smoothie

  • 6 ingredients


  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 apple, cored
  • 1 banana
  • 1-3 tbs honey as desired
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

This is a super healthy fruit smoothie that you can prepare in less than 5 minutes. This recipe makes 1 drink. You may double the recipe if desired.

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and start mixing on low then increase to high.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
