- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/2 orange, peeled
- 1/2 apple, cored
- 1 banana
- 1-3 tbs honey as desired
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
This is a super healthy fruit smoothie that you can prepare in less than 5 minutes. This recipe makes 1 drink. You may double the recipe if desired.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and start mixing on low then increase to high.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
