Super Blast Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh pineapple | ||
1/2 orange, peeled | ||
1/2 apple, cored | ||
1 banana | ||
1-3 tbs honey as desired | ||
1/4 cup ice cubes |
This is a super healthy fruit smoothie that you can prepare in less than 5 minutes. This recipe makes 1 drink. You may double the recipe if desired.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and start mixing on low then increase to high.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
