|1 lb ripe tomatoes, finely choped|
|2/3 cup red onions, minced|
|1/4 cup parsley,minced|
|1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil|
|3 tbs lemon juice|
|2 tbs senora peppers, seeded and miinced|
- Combine tomatoes, red onions, parsley, and chilies in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper , and mix well to combine.
