Asian Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
3/4 cup pineapple juice | ||
1 tsp cornstarch | ||
1 tbs soy sauce | ||
2 tbs orange juice | ||
1 tbs honey | ||
1 tbs ginger, minced | ||
1/4 tsp dry mustard | ||
1 clove garlic, minced | ||
2 tbs butter |
This is a wonderful sauce with an Asian flair.. It is perfect served warm as a dipping sauce for shrimp or cooked cubed chicken.
- Mix 1 tbs of the pineapple juice with the cornstarch. Set aside.
- Combine the remaining juice and remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Let cool.
