- 4 carrots
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 apples
- 1 beet
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 3 tbs honey
- 1 cup plain yogurt
If you need a burst of energy try this delicious healthy juice smoothie instead of one of those expensive energy drinks that are really not very good for you. This drink will put some pep in your step.
- In a juicer or blender juice the carrots, cucumbers, apple, beet and ginger.
- In a blender crush a handfull of ice cubes
- Add the juice to the blender along with the ice, strawberries, honey and yogurt and blend.
