Chicken Barbecue Basting Sauce
|1 cup olive oil|
|3/4 cup lemon juice|
|2 tsp garlic salt|
|2 tbs paprika|
|2 tsp oregano|
|2 tsp kosher salt|
|1 tbs black pepper|
- Wash chicken thoroughly under cold running water.
- Add all ingredients to a non metal bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Pour over cut up, uncooked chicken pieces.
- Cover and marinate for several hours.
- Grill over charcoal, being careful not to burn.
- Baste with sauce while cooking.
