Roasted Sugared Almonds
|2 tbs canola oil, divided|
|1 lb whole blanched almonds, divided|
|2 tsp ground, cinnamon, divided|
|confectioners sugar for sprinkling|
- Heat 1 tbs oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1/2 lb of almonds and cook while stirring until evenly browned.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp cinnamon, stir well.
- Place on paper towels to drain.
- Dust with confectioners sugar to taste.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
