Turkey Breakfast Patties
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey | ||
1 tsp paprika | ||
1 tsp ground sage or minced fresh (we like fresh) | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste | ||
1/2 tsp ground cloves | ||
1 small onion, finely minced | ||
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil | ||
1 green onion for garnish |
- Mix turkey with salt, pepper, paprika, sage, cloves and onion.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Form into 8 patties.
- In a large saute pan heat oil over medium heat.
- Fry patties slowly until browned on both sides.
